at a remote location, therefore requires all reservations to be made atleast 30 Days prior to arrival day with a guaranteed
payment by Credit card. Full payment is required atleast 30 days in advance and a cancellation fee of one night room
rate per person plus taxes is charged for cancellations made on confirmed bookings and no refunds are made for cancellations
made within 30 days of original arrival day. For special packages including meals, children under 3 are free and
over age 3 are charged as adults. Minimum 3 nights stay is required for all bookings.
